OCS is a registered third-party quality assured office under AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000. The registration covers the quality management system for administration and marketing of QUT's consultancy projects, externally funded research projects, provision of continuing and professional education programs and conference management.
Commercial Services uses a number of policies, procedures, work instructions and other mechanisms to ensure the Office delivers a consistently high standard of service and outcomes.
The quality system is informed by QUT policy information from sources such as the MOPP and the Financial Management Practice and Procedures Manual.
